Opticall was born from a vision: Make customer conversations smarter, faster, and more human at the same time. Our founders recognized a glaring gap businesses had data from calls, but not the intelligence to act on it in real time. Too often, valuable cues, emotions, and opportunities slipped away unnoticed. So we built Opticall AI a platform that captures and understands all customer interactions, online and offline, in 58+ languages, and delivers instant, actionable insights right when they're needed.
