• All content, software, and technology underlying our Services are owned by Opticall or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our Services for your internal business purposes.
• You may not use our trademarks, logos, or brand features without prior written permission.

Data & Privacy

• Use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
• You retain ownership of data you provide ("Customer Data"), but grant Opticall a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, use, process, and display it solely to provide the Services.
• You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights and consents to provide Customer Data to us.

• We are not responsible for the content, terms, or policies of such third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk.

Disclaimers

Termination
